Day Three - Budapest - Parliament

Budapest is undergoing renovation - all planned before the elections next year. Many of the streets and major sites are either being redesigned, renovated or cleaned. The area around Parliament building are nearly impossible to navigate due to the new park, underground parking garage construction and road improvements. Still - it is worth a stop.
