There is some debate among local historians about the age of Kuprechtskirche or Saint Rupert's Church in Vienna. Most agree that it is the oldest standing Church in Vienna. It is Romanesque so no fancy embellishments here. A few of the original stain glass windows are still present - and I loved the newest (and more modern windows). Saintly relics are always important in these places of worship - but here the remains of a roman martyr can be seen.
