Just Shoot Me!

Talk about dull! And to think I took off work for this! Late paint arrival delayed the workers from starting on the house all morning. Then - go figure - paint arrived and they all got busy scraping and sanding. Now someone else has to explain the mystery of that to me! Of course, storms this afternoon postponed the work despite all the work scraping the woodwork and gallons of paint waiting eagerly to be applied. Good news - kitchen cabinets are close to being emptied. Boxes are filling up with all sorts of devices (some from torture chambers I am certain) that I cannot recall purchasing. Must have been my evil (and much more fun) twin. I am being accused of discarding too many valuable items and food stuffs by my boyfriend after he returned from work today. He is making me create goodwill packages for the recycle bin, homeless and our friends. Thank goodness he goes back to work tomorrow! Then, I will proudly deliver all the packages in my Miata! Yeah Right - more like to the dumpster around the corner behind Thom Thumb grocery store so I don't get caught violating the laws of good citizenship! Ha
