Moments North of our home in the Latin Quarter is the Isle of Paris and Notre Dame. We decided to rest this morning and send the ‘kids’ off to Notre Dame to view the Cathedral and climb the tower. We are making some quick itinerary adjustment to cover items we have missed and prioritize sights we want to see.
Today – we will spend some extra time at Musee d’Orsay. It is a converted railway station and now is home to some of the best early 20th Century art in the World. The third floor was under renovation so many of my all time favorite works of art were being shown on the first floor. It is amazing to see them under different light. They look so different!
