Day One Berlin - Reichstag Building

A not to be missed stop during your trip to Berlin is the Reichstag Building (Germany Parliament Building) and its modern glass dome. From the rooftop and inside of the dome - you get breathtaking 360 degree views of the cityscape. Our tickets (yes, make reservations online) were for 6:30 pm as the sun set in the West. The auto guide is very good and activates as you climb the spiral walkway inside of the dome - telling you about both the dome construction/features as well as the many buildings viewable in the distance. It's a terrific must stop on during your time in Berlin.
