Dog Gone

On a more serious note - my precious baby Nica is not doing very well. Our efforts to postpone the effects of time are failing. Just as my 'helper' is getting better (good report from his doctor's visit yesterday) and my back is healing (finally) - our sweetie is really slowing down and showing signs of her ripe ol' age.

Today, she enjoyed a bath and lots of drying with her favorite towel (one of her all time favorite things!). It was great fun for both of us.

So - tonight's closing message is dedicated to my favorite love - my Nica. She reminds me that it is important to enjoy the things we have - while we have them.

Take my word for it - it is the most important lesson you will ever learn.
