Extinction
Abbesses metro stop is one of the remaining two original art deco stations. Actually this station covered was moved to this location - but still is original to the city. The area is name after the many monasteries that once were located in the area. Of course - most are gone now. Sacre Coeur is nearby and home to one of the few remaining nunneries. It is the baby among Paris churches at only about 100 years old.
