Ricard Serra sculptures grace the Tulieries Garden during our visit. We saw some of his work last year in New York City at Moderne. I enjoyed experience this masterpiece in the outdoors.The Ferris wheel has also been replaced with a new ultra-modern ride. It continues to be a controverisal location with its neighbors the Eiffel Tower and Egyptian Obelisk.
