Day 4 - Warsaw Bound

We decided to catch the early flight from Krakow to Warsaw to give us more time in our new destination. It sounded like a good idea ... until the alarm clock sounded at 5:30 am this morning. YUCK! Our friendly driver from the Hotel Unicus took us to our flight at John Paul II airport (80 Zloty and 25 minutes).

Our flight on LOT Polish air was full. It only takes about 35 minutes to make the trek. All in all an easy excursion. Of course, one bag didn't arrive with the others. Yes. Barbara again. Luckily after we completed the lost claim and were departing the airport - the bag was discovered. Whew - tragedy avoided and we were all relieved, especially Barbara.

Mamison Hotel Le Regina driver collected us at the airport (and patiently waiting on us during the baggage drama). The hotel charges 130 Zloty for a private driver from the airport to property.

The Hotel is located in New Town adjacent to the historical Old Town area. It is very nice. The Pols seem to enjoy larger rooms than most other European countries. I like them also. So far - this property is a nice choice and good location.
