Santa Fe - Day Two El Parasol
El Parasol restaurant at 1833 Cerrillos Road is a good take-out place in Santa Fe. It is open 7 days a week but not until 9 am on Sunday. It is popular with the locals and they do accept call-in orders (995-8015). We tried the breakfast burritos and a dozen pork tamales for snacks during the week.
