Barcelona Jazz

Hotel Jazz is a moderate priced (175 €) and modern hotel near the University square.

It sits between the Rambla/Raval and Eixample neighborhoods. Far enough away from the noisy Rambla with it's stores, crowds and street vendors that
decibels are bearable. Close enough that most city sights are a short walk from the hotel.

Carrier Pelai isn't a residential street so it can (and is) busy at times. It doesn't have a neighborhood feel but feels more like an urban city center. Plenty of shops and a decent shopping mall are close - of course, Starbucks is 1 block away.

The location cannot be beat. An easy walk with your luggage from the Aerobus stop at Universtat stop from the airport. The Metro L2/1 is at one end of the street and the L3 at the other.

Close by is Place de Catalunya - a large square said to separate old and new Barcelona. It isn't much to see but on a sunny day like today it is flooded with natives.
