Paris 2012/2013 Day Two - Deals & Obstacles

Deals and Obstacles - or should I say obstacles and deals. Every year the Grand Palais hosts some spectacular collections of the famous artist throughout both time and across the World. This year - there are two exhibitions on our list to see. The Bohemes - a collection of artworks demonstrating the origins of this movement in Europe and its rising popularity, and Edward Hopper - a collection of artworks from this famous American artist. Unfortunately, the Hopper exhibit has been sold out for some time making on-line tickets impossible to obtain. Our agile friends at Context Travel Tours could not get us tickets either. I was fairly certain that we were not going to see the Hopper's this trip.
Sesame is the season pass to the Grand Palais art exhibitions. It isn't cheap but it provides queue skipping benefits and unlimited access to sold out shows. It was a deal for our group of Hopper fans - not to mention the smiling French faces when we gave away our tickets to Bohemes (covered by the Sesame pass). Now that we have season passes - is another trip to Paris in 2013 in the making?
