Seoul - Day 2 Korean Lunch

Aaron took us across Namsun park (well, actually under via tunnel) to the popular international area  of the city that lies between the mountain, home to the futuristic Seoul tower and the Han River. This area known as Itaewon neighborhood is filled with Americans and sits adjacent to the American military base located inside of Seoul city. The streets were packed with cars and sidewalks with people.

We tried a Korea restaurant called Oe Yang Gan (36-34 Itaewon-dong, yongsan-gu, 82.2.790.7015). It is known for their beef. It was very good and cooked as a stew with mushrooms and onions. The entire bill for lunch was $39,000 Won for two ($36 USD).  Good choice, Aaron!
