A café, bar and brasserie rolled into one, Le Fumoir is perfect for a relaxed yet stylish meal. The Swedish chef turns out both French and Scandinavian-influenced food, such as marinated herring with cucumbers and cream or roast lamb with green beans, capers and herbs. Service is efficient and there is always a good, buzzy atmosphere; the terrace looks onto the Louvre.
