Hong Kong - Day Two Causeway Bay Market

Monday, November 10 - Markets are everywhere. Each district has a wet and dry market. 'Wet' typically refers to the daily washing of the market stalls and floors. Our neighborhood market is called the Tang Chau Market - here you can find everything from eggs to shoes. It is located on Jardine's Bazaar near the Lanson Place hotel on the way to the subway station (MTR) at Causeway Bay.

Pickled eggs - they are buried for about 3 months. You really don't want to know how they are pickled.
